As Executive Director of Mutual Value Labs, Alastair leads the organization's mission to support the cultivation of businesses, and ultimately economies, that serve the long-term wellbeing of people and planet. He works closely with senior leaders to develop the partnerships, capabilities, and innovations needed to achieve this through the mutual value approach.

Since joining Mutual Value Labs in 2020, Alastair has helped shape the organization from its earliest days. Alongside leading transformation projects with organizations including Mars, Inc., NatWest, Asahi Europe and International, and JLL, he has played a key role in developing the organization's leadership development and systemic action services.

Before that, he worked for Mars’ internal think tank and the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship at Oxford's Saïd Business School, where he specialized in translating academic research into practical insights for leaders across business, government, and civil society.

Alastair holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Oxford. He also serves as a Non-Executive Director of New Ground Coffee, a purpose-led business creating employment opportunities for ex-offenders in the UK.

Based in Geneva with his family, Alastair grew up in Southeast Asia and is half British and half Singaporean.
