Alice joined Mutual Value Labs as an Associate in 2025 and is passionate about helping businesses reach long-term sustainability by contributing to a just society that better serves people and the planet. 

In her previous role at Nesta's Centre for Collective Intelligence Design, Alice planned and delivered projects that harnessed the power of collective intelligence & technology to tackle complex societal and environmental problems. 

With a background in management consulting and impact analysis, Alice has extensive experience in managing stakeholders, creating a shared vision, developing strategy, delivering outcomes and ultimately driving impact.

Alice grew up in Rome but has been living in the United Kingdom for the last 10 years. Here, she completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at the University of Southampton and a Master's Degree in Development Management from the London School of Economics.
