Alice Cordo Gallucci

Associate

Alice works across Mutual Value Labs’ strategic advisory and systemic action capabilities, helping organizations explore how they can create value for people, planet, and long-term business success. Her work spans research, project management, strategy, and design. Recently, she has supported a UK hospitality and beverages firm to understand its role in building a more socially connected society through its pubs, brands, and employees, and contributed to work focused on developing a local mutual economy in Central Sulawesi, Indonesia.

Before joining Mutual Value Labs, Alice worked at Nesta’s Centre for Collective Intelligence Design, where she helped deliver projects using collective intelligence and technology to address complex social and environmental challenges. She also brings experience from management consulting and impact analysis, with a strong grounding in stakeholder engagement, strategy, and turning ideas into practical action.

Alice holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Southampton, and a Master’s degree in Development Management from the London School of Economics.

Originally from Rome, Alice has lived in the UK for the past ten years. She is motivated by work that feels both purposeful and practical, and by the chance to learn alongside people who inspire her.

Outside work, she enjoys getting lost in a good novel, practising aerial hoop and Muay Thai, and exploring big questions about identity, consciousness and what makes us human.
