Bojan works with the research teams at Mutual Value Labs, helping design research to map ecosystems of interest, and assist organizations on their journey to address societal and environmental challenges. Bojan’s research covers topics related to organizations, culture, innovation, strategy and design. He is the principal of two lines and a dot, a multidisciplinary research studio. In his previous role, Bojan was the director of the Culture Lab – a research practice part of an internal think-tank at Mars. Bojan was also an Adjunct Professor at Parsons The New School for Design (New York) and a Lecturer and Research Fellow at Polytechnic Institute of New York University. He holds a PhD in Technology Management from Polytechnic Institute of New York University, as well as an MS in Management and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic University (New York).
