Bojan is responsible for building design capabilities for mutual value creation. Both internally at MVL, and within the organizations and ecosystems we interact with. He also designs and leads our qualitative research.

Prior to Mutual Value Labs, Bojan’s work focused on research, strategy and design for innovation through his studio two lines and a dot. He was also the director of Catalyst’s Culture Lab at Mars, Incorporated supporting organizational strategy and culture, innovation, and M&A. During his time at Catalyst, Bojan was part of the team that was involved in the development of the ecosystem mapping approach - one of the centrepieces of MVL’s mutual value creation.

Bojan has a PhD in Technology Management from Polytechnic Institute of New York University where he was also a lecturer and research fellow. He was also an adjunct professor at Parsons The New School for Design.

Bojan lives and works in Brooklyn, USA. When not in the city, he’s probably somewhere in the mountains.
