As a Strategic Lead, Diane designs and facilitates journeys that help organizations build the capabilities needed to create long-term value for people, communities, and the planet, while strengthening innovation and business performance. She also helps stakeholders—including companies, the public sector, and investors—align around shared goals and take collaborative action to address systemic societal and environmental challenges. 

Before joining Mutual Value Labs, Diane was Project Lead at the International Finance Corporation (IFC)—the World Bank Group’s private-sector arm—where she designed and delivered tailored advisory and training programs that helped companies improve social outcomes and business performance across sectors and supply chains.

She has also held roles at the International Labour Organization and the World Economic Forum, where she worked with public- and private-sector actors to address social challenges through collaborative initiatives. Diane started her career in the financial sector, including in impact investing, where she developed an early interest in aligning financial performance with positive social and environmental outcomes.

She holds a Master’s degree in International Economics from the Graduate Institute in Geneva (IHEID). She is a qualified Integral Coach and trained as Instructional Designer.

Diane lives in the countryside near Geneva, where she enjoys various outdoor activities, including hiking, cycling, open-water swimming, and skiing.
