Gianna works with Mutual Value Labs to develop and expand its learning programmes and foster a growing community.

With over 15 years of experience in learning programme design and project management, she has collaborated with businesses, social enterprises, higher education institutions and charities to create transformative educational experiences that drive meaningful change.

Alongside her work, Gianna is a doctoral researcher at the University of Sussex, exploring gender and AI. She holds an MA in Gender & Culture and a BA (Hons) in Philosophy from the University of Leeds. Based in London, UK, she brings a research-driven, inclusive approach to digital learning and community development.
