Joe leads projects focused on systems transformation and place-based collaboration. His work supports organizations and cross-sector coalitions to build the capabilities needed to create mutual value, strengthening resilience and innovation while addressing meaningful societal and environmental challenges. 

Joe brings experience spanning strategy, finance, systems change and cross-sector collaboration. His work focuses on helping organisations strengthen resilience and innovation while addressing meaningful societal and environmental challenges. He is particularly interested in how businesses and finance can work together to reshape the systems and places in which they operate. 

Before joining Mutual Value Labs, Joe worked at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, where he helped mobilize capital towards circular economy projects by working at the intersection of business, policy, financial institutions and investors. He began his career in transaction tax advisory at EY. 

Joe is a Chartered Accountant and holds a first-class degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Bath. 

Based in London, Joe spends his time outside work playing music and sport, cooking for friends, and getting out of the city into nature whenever he can.
