Nathan works as a Senior Associate at Mutual Value Labs, helping organizations and wider systems move from good intentions to practical change. His work focuses on understanding complex systems, designing pathways for mutual value creation, and supporting teams as they turn insight into action in ways that benefit business, people, and society. 

Before joining Mutual Value Labs, Nathan built experience across sustainability and digital products. At SIG, Geneva’s energy services provider, he worked on sustainability KPI frameworks and digital solutions. Prior to this, at a Swiss startup, he contributed to the development of a community group-buying product, including identifying opportunities for low-carbon supply chains. 

Nathan holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Management and Technology from EPFL and IMD, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from HEC Lausanne. He has also completed training in systems thinking from MIT. 

He is based in Geneva and, outside work, enjoys spending time in the Swiss outdoors.
