Nita joined Mutual Value Labs in April 2025 as an On Purpose Associate. On Purpose is a learning and development program designed to support professionals transition into the impact sector.

Nita is at Mutual Value Labs exploring the world of business for opportunities to engage her skills in the environmental and social impact space following roles in the public sector managing carbon emissions and in the charity sector fundraising and running programs working with people experiencing multiple disadvantages. Nita brings expertise in developing strategies and training for impact, with experience through her company ImpactESG and C40 Cities.

Nita has a degree in English Literature from University College London and a Masters in Environmental Technology from Imperial College and has been broadening her experience in systems thinking with the Open University and On Purpose. 

Nita has just moved to North London from East London with her husband and two children, and continues to enjoy cycling around the city, despite the introduction of hills to her journeys.
