Associate

Victor is an Associate at Mutual Value Labs, where he works with clients to embed the Economics of Mutuality (EoM) approach into their organizations. His work focuses on helping businesses create value that benefits both their long-term performance and the wider communities and ecosystems they depend on.

Before joining Mutual Value Labs, Victor worked in public innovation consulting, supporting public-sector organizations in designing and delivering innovation initiatives. He also gained experience in sustainable finance, where he assessed sustainability frameworks and practices using a range of ESG and impact measurement methodologies. These experiences strengthened his interest in how organizations can create meaningful and lasting positive impact.

Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and a Master’s degree in International Economics from the Geneva Graduate Institute (IHEID).

He is particularly passionate about involving local communities in the design and implementation of solutions to social challenges. Outside of work, Victor enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors, whether hiking, exploring nature, or simply sharing good moments with friends and community.
