Victor is an Associate at Mutual Value Labs, deploying the Economics of Mutuality operating model within client organizations.

Prior to joining Mutual Value Labs, Victor worked as ESG analyst at a service provider for responsible investment, where he used a variety of methods to analyze and engage major listed companies on sustainability issues. Victor also brings experience in public innovation and has worked in social projects in countries as diverse as Madagascar, Bolivia and Myanmar.

Victor is passionate about social impact and applying multidisciplinary approaches to tackle complex problems. He holds a Master's degree in International Economics from the Geneva Graduate Institute (IHEID) and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
