Lia-Marie is an Associate at Mutual Value Labs, where she supports both the learning and strategic advisory pillars. She manages MVL’s digital learning platform, helping leaders integrate mutual value practices into their day-to-day work. She also works with businesses to embed mutual value creation into their strategy and practice, connecting corporate performance with meaningful impact for people and the planet. 

Before joining Mutual Value Labs, Lia-Marie worked with the World Economic Forum’s Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship, supporting some of the world’s leading social entrepreneurs as they scaled purpose-driven businesses. This experience deepened her interest in how social innovation can shift systems and how businesses can create lasting, positive change. 

Lia-Marie holds a master’s degree from the Geneva Graduate Institute, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cape Town, where she focused on politics and law. 

She is based in Geneva and in her free time enjoys creating across different mediums, from photography to music to cooking and more.
